Signals Agreement

1. Signal Usage Terms

By subscribing to or purchasing any signals from SignalShopper, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.1 License

SignalShopper grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the signals for your personal trading and investment decisions. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the signals with third parties without explicit written permission.

1.2 Billing

You will only be charged for the signals you specifically request or subscribe to. Billing occurs according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase:

• Daily Delivery: Billed at the daily rate, charged on the first day of each billing cycle
• Instant Generation: One-time charge per signal generation request

1.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your signal subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

• You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions
• No signal or trading system can guarantee profits
• You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose
• You should verify all information and conduct your own research before making any investment decisions

3. Data and Privacy

3.1 Data Sources

SignalShopper uses various data sources to generate signals. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the data is error-free or current at all times.

3.2 Privacy

Your usage of signals and related data is subject to our Privacy Policy. We may collect data on signal usage for the purposes of improving our services.

4. Modifications

SignalShopper reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our signals after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4.1 Service Changes

We may add, modify, or discontinue signals at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing any signal you are actively subscribed to.
